The machine features microprocessor-controlled hardness adjustment on a scale from 1 to 20. The operator sets the desired consistency once, and the machine automatically maintains it throughout the day. The display provides real-time information on cylinder temperature, hopper temperature, power supply voltage, motor speed and serving count. The hopper pre-cooling system keeps the mix below 5°C at all times, regardless of ambient temperature. The standby mode, activated overnight, cools both the hopper and the freezing cylinder, ensuring the machine is ready for operation the next morning without compromising product freshness.

A mix level sensor with an audible and visual alarm alerts staff when the hopper requires refilling before product quality is affected. If the warning is ignored for 10 minutes, the machine automatically stops cooling to protect the drive system and seals.

The daily cleaning procedure takes approximately 20–30 minutes and does not require disassembly of mechanical components beyond the standard removal of the dispensing door and air pump. The condenser should be cleaned monthly using a soft brush to maintain maximum cooling efficiency.

The ICEBERG W+ is a freestanding soft serve machine equipped with two independent freezing cylinders, each with a capacity of 1.8 litres. Its 12.5-litre mix hoppers provide hours of uninterrupted operation under normal sales conditions. Two independent refrigeration circuits allow you to serve two flavours separately or as a mixed twist.

The control panel is based on a microprocessor system with an LCD display. Ice cream hardness can be adjusted on a scale from 1 to 20, after which the machine operates autonomously, maintaining the selected consistency throughout the day. The display shows real-time hopper and cylinder temperatures, supply voltage, motor current, motor speed and serving count.

A standout feature of this model is the Defrost function. With a single button press, the freezing cylinder heats up to 25°C in just five minutes. This reduces daily cleaning time by several minutes and helps eliminate ice crystal formation after extended periods of inactivity, preventing the product from becoming overly hard or grainy when cooling resumes.

The air pump is equipped with an overrun adjustment system, allowing the operator to control how much air is incorporated into the ice cream mix during production. More air creates a lighter, fluffier product, while less air results in a denser and richer texture.

The hopper is equipped with an agitator and a pre-cooling system that automatically maintains the mix temperature below 5°C. Simply activate standby mode overnight to keep both the hopper and freezing cylinder cooled. By morning, the machine is ready to serve immediately.

The operating temperature range extends from -10°C to +10°C, covering three distinct beverage categories. Cold still drinks and juices are typically served between +3°C and +5°C. Classic non-alcoholic slush products perform best between -3°C and -1°C. Alcoholic frozen beverages, depending on their alcohol content, generally require temperatures between -15°C and -6°C.

The bowls are made from food-grade polycarbonate and are fully transparent, allowing the vibrant colours of the beverages to attract attention from a distance. The machine housing is constructed from stainless steel and designed to withstand intensive daily use and cleaning.

Operation is controlled through a simple digital interface with temperature displays. Each bowl can be switched independently between slush and cold drink modes with a single button.
