1 bag (2kg) = 60 servings of ice cream

Gelato Marcello is the most creamy soft ice cream. Ice cream powder was created from the best quality, carefully selected Polish ingredients. We take care of every detail, even the smallest, so that the ice cream have perfect taste, intense color and easily fills the waffle.

We use only natural colourants of plant origin. The recipe is based on full milk powder, which gives a rich taste, natural aroma and velvety ice cream structure. The ice cream is excellent to chill and twist into a waffle.
